He quickly put together an analysis of the marketplace (including recent sales within the same condo community and the east side of Madison), and offered his projection of the ultimate sale price for our unit. Ultimately, his prediction turned out to be within $1,000! He was in contact with us at least weekly during the listing process, and his advice during negotiations with the ultimate buyer of the property was most helpful.
