Doug has been amazing to work with during the home buying process. He always made himself available, explained his thoughts and recommendations, and kept our best interests at the front of his actions.

I went into my house hunting experience with a tight budget and big dreams. Doug was extremely thoughtful and demonstrated patience when I had all and only a thousand questions on why the market is the way it is and what to do about it. His accommodating actions led to why I have my current home. If you would like someone who is calm and knowledgeable, Doug is the perfect fit.

Doug was extremely helpful in finding my the right agent to sell my home; even when I'm across the country. The realtor he found me was extremely experienced and knowledgeable on everything; inclusive of knowing the entire condo community I was in and even having experience with the units in my condo complex. This made my life as a homeowner selling their condo, so much easier and less stressful. He also checked in many times to make sure the process was going smoothly as well at to make sure I was happy with the agent he had recommended. I was very thankful for his help and would definitely work with him again!

Doug was an amazing agent to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and always working in our best interest. Whenever we had a question, Doug was readily available. He is truly invested in his clients and is a wonderfully genuine person. Would 100% work with him again, if he hadn't already found us our dream home!

We started working with Doug in the spring of 2022 when we were living in Boston. We had plans to move back to Wisconsin in the summer and started getting to know the house search process through many phone calls with Doug. In the months following, Doug was great in adjusting plans and timelines according to the many things we had going on at the time such as planning our wedding. Doug had a great balance of remaining connected but giving us space to focus on our wedding during that time. After we were married, we were ready to dedicate more time and energy towards our house search. We had a phone call with Doug and ended it with, when can we start seeing houses? and he told us we could that very day if we wanted. A few minutes after ending that phone call, we had one we were interested in, called up Doug, and he scheduled us a showing later that day! We dug into showings and making offers and during that time, we were impressed with Doug's responsiveness, patience, kindness, knowledge, and professionalism. He would listen to what we wanted while also guiding us when we needed it. As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn, and Doug gave so much of his time to just educate us on the housing market, trends in the area, home appreciation, and a ton more. With each house we wanted to submit an offer on, Doug would also create a home value summary which included a ton of information from surrounding properties. The information from the summary and the information we would get from phone calls with Doug helped us create a competitive offer that we were comfortable with. After experiencing a few declined offers, Doug sent us a property that we had a good chance of getting after it had been sitting on the market for too long due to being priced too high. Doug worked hard and navigated many negotiations and re-negotiations for us and we came out successful as a result! The home we now own because of Doug is beautiful in so many ways and we could not be more happy with our experience! From spring of 2022 to October of 2023, Doug remained dedicated, motivated, and excited to work with us. Thank you so much Doug!

When my realtor failed, after repeated requests, to contact Doug regarding a condo I was interested in, I called him directly and within an hour I had met with him and drafted an offer, which was accepted later that same day. I would not be happily settling in to my new home without Doug. Throughout the process he has been helpful, responsive, caring, and just a great guy. His efforts amazingly reduced the stress of the home buying/selling process. Five stars and more!

Doug was a tremendous help throughout the process of selling the condo. He kept us informed and up-to-date on what we needed to know and was always willing to work with our schedules. We were so pleased that the condo sold so quickly, and for the full asking price. Doug made the whole experience much easier than we expected.

Doug was (is) the most helpful realtor we could have hoped for. He was always responding to my texts (or phone calls) no matter what day it was or what time of day it was. He related well so we understood what was going on. He gave helpful advice. He did this all willingly, you can tell he enjoys his line of work. I have recommended him to friends and family. If I could do this all over again, I would choose Doug to represent us again, gladly. Five stars!!!!

Doug did a lot of work to help find us the perfect home, and managed to do this on a tight budget. We had SERIOUS time constraints and he went above and beyond to align his schedule with our schedule. We moved from Georgia and had never been to Milwaukee before. He gave us excellent advice and information about the areas we were looking in and was very keen to point out issues when we toured the homes. He kept us from buying some pretty crappy homes, that we probably would of been interested if it wasn't for him. We're new homeowners and every step of the way he handled everything for us, short of paying for the house himself lol. Not to mention he is a very funny guy and extraordinarily patient. Overall he is a great realtor and we will definitely be using him to buy and sell homes in the future!

In a volatile market where realtors were choosing not to work with clients like us because we had contingencies, Doug gladly stepped up to help us find our next home. We were not easy clients, needing to sell an existing home prior to buying and struggling to know what we wanted from a new home, but Doug delivered! This is our second time working with Doug to buy and sell. He is personable, flexible, and a great communicator. We saw many homes in several different areas before being able to narrow down what we needed from our new home. Doug was incredibly patient with us all along the way. We are very grateful to Doug for helping us to get top dollar for the home we sold and find the new, beautiful home we will raise our family in!
